I have read the guidance and boundaries and agree for my child/ward to participate in Senior Conference including taking part in the activities and visits included in the programme. I understand that a serious infringement of the boundaries of Senior Conference could mean that they will be sent home. Furthermore, I agree, insofar as they cannot be recovered under any policy of insurance, to indemnify Friends Southern Summer Events and its staff/volunteers against any costs and expenses reasonably incurred or disbursed by them on the above named young person’s behalf.

Workshop choices

Sports with Bryher and Al Basketball, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball, football - we’ll play all your favourite sports and many more. Bring your kit and your A-game. Taskmaster with Huw and Chris Complete silly tasks and pointless challenges to win points, glory, and perhaps even the grudging respect of the Taskmasters. CrochSLAY with Catherine and Julia Come chit chat with Catherine and Julia while doing some string-based crafts! We’ll be running a crochet workshop for those who want to learn a new skill (all materials provided), but please bring your knitting/crochet/embroidery/cross stitch projects to work on if you have them! Good vibes, good convo, good company. Slay. Senior Conference Newspaper with Flora May and Rob Calling intrepid reporters, wannabe journalists, poets, photographers, story-tellers, comics, cartoonists and agony columnists. Come put your writing and drawing skills to good use and create the SC Newspaper. And have fun, some giggles and chats at the same time. All welcome. Making and Waking with Michael and Fionn Make and craft the world significantly more beautiful with Michael and Fionn. We'll have a relaxing time crafting and making things to bring the festival vibes to Senior Conference, think bunting, decorations, flags, big letters, sculptures, lights and more. Lateral flow testing Participants may need to take Lateral Flow Tests at the event, which we will provide. Please let us know if there is something we need to be aware of regarding lateral flow testing here
